Spatial Concept is proud to partner with a prestigious Magic Circle Law Firm to reimagine its Hong Kong office into a cutting-edge, sustainable and wellness-focused workplace. The design embodies the firm’s global identity while supporting its operational evolution, including the seamless integration of two companies under one roof.
One Global Firm, One Team
Guided by the principle of “One Global Firm, One Team”, the design prioritises flexibility and adaptability to meet current needs while accommodating future growth. Strategically placed anchor points encourage vertical movement and cross-team interaction, while a diverse range of work zones—from enclosed huddle rooms and semi-private meeting spaces to open collaboration areas—caters to varied work styles.
Spaces That Encourage Connection and Wellbeing
To strengthen social interaction, the 10th-floor main pantry has been designed as a vibrant hub. Featuring booth seating, a pantry bar counter and a striking preserved moss logo wall, it serves as both a functional gathering point and a photogenic backdrop for events.
The 11th floor focuses on agile working and staff wellbeing, offering flexible work settings such as focus booths, phone rooms and a wellness room—supporting the firm’s shift toward more dynamic, people-centric ways of working.
Navigating Challenges with Precision
One of the project’s key challenges was reorganising the existing space while preserving a familiar layout, allowing staff to transition smoothly post-renovation. Delivering the works within an operational office added another layer of complexity. To minimise disruption, construction was strategically scheduled over weekends, ensuring business continuity throughout the process.
Through close collaboration with the client, we achieved a seamless transformation that balances operational efficiency with the firm’s forward-looking identity.
