Designed & built by Spatial Concept, the Hong Kong headquarters of Raffles Family Office is a refined and culturally rich environment that reflects the firm’s role as a trusted steward of generational wealth. The design puts heritage, art and functionality at its core, creating a workplace that embodies sophistication, stability and forward-thinking values.
Art & Materiality
From the lift lobby to the reception area, our design incorporated rich timber veneer, stone, leather finishes and bespoke lighting, the space immediately sets a tone of affluence and elegance. Carefully curated artworks are integrated throughout, with the central hallway reimagined as a gallery—offering a visual journey through the firm’s identity and appreciation for artistry.
Cultural Nuance and Collaboration
The Lounge & Townhall serves as a social and collaborative hub, enhanced by tiered seating, soft lighting and natural materials. A series of themed meeting rooms—including the Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Japan and UAE Rooms—each reflect regional character through custom finishes, artwork and architectural details. Throughout, premium materials and bespoke finishes reinforce the firm’s commitment to excellence and long-term value. These serene lounges offer a space for discreet collaboration and trusted dialogue.
