Spatial Concept receives Distinction at the 33rd Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards

Spatial Concept is delighted to receive a Distinction at the 33rd Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards for New World Development HQ2.

Conceived as a contemporary, light‑filled “courtyard house”, this 80,000 sq ft, four‑level headquarters brings together previously dispersed teams and embodies the brand’s Artisanal Movement—merging art, craftsmanship and modern functionality. Sustainable, wellness‑led choices were central to the design: over 60% of interior finishes are from sustainable sources; terrazzo incorporates up to 80% recycled and reclaimed content; FSC‑certified timber and low‑VOC materials reduce environmental impact; perforated acoustic ceilings enhance comfort; and abundant natural daylight supports wellbeing. The project has achieved BEAM Plus accreditation, future‑proofing the workplace for creativity and collaboration.
