  • Responsibilities:

    • Initiate design ideas, planning, design development and material selection

    • Handle presentation materials and prepare sample boards

    • Prepare detail drawings, documentation and various specifications for tendering procedures

    • Coordinate among clients, consultants and contractors

    • Responsible for site supervision and construction administration

    Requirements:

    • Must have passion in design and being creative

    • Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines

    • 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably in corporate interior

    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint

    • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaker is an advantage
